Terms of use

These User Services Terms (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) are the Universal Services Rules for the LuckDrama Video Player (hereinafter referred to as “This App”) for users worldwide, which define the rights and obligations of all users during the use of the product. Users worldwide who download, install, and use this App indicate that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, please immediately stop using all services of this App.

1. Service Overview and User Qualification

1.1 Service Content

This application provides users with purely local tool-class services such as local video import, multi-format video decoding, HD video playback, playback speed adjustment, video file management, etc. It does not provide any services such as web video resource playback, resource download, content distribution, etc.

1.2 User eligibility

The App Services are available to users in all global regions who have the legal right to use the device. Minors are required to use this product under the supervision and consent of the guardian, and the guardian assumes all responsibility related to the behavior of the minor‘s use.

1.3 Service coverage

This provision applies to all versions of this application, all functional modules, and all terminal device use cases, regardless of region, in accordance with the Global Universal Internet Services Specifications.

2. User Usage Specifications and Code of Conduct

2.1 Legal Use Principles

Users promise to use this App only for legal and compliant personal use such as personal, local video entertainment, learning, daily viewing, and to strictly comply with the laws and regulations and web usage standards in their region.

2.2 Prohibition of Violation

Users are not allowed to use this App for hacking, reverse engineering, secondary tampering, malicious compilation, mass fraud, tool abuse, etc., and are not allowed to engage in all illegal activities such as infringement of rights, illegal dissemination, and illegal profitmaking through this App.

2.3 Disclosure of Liability

All local video content that users play and manage through this App is copyright, legality, and security independently of the users themselves, and this App assumes no consequent responsibility for the user‘s local private content.

3. Intellectual Property Terms

3.1 Ownership of Product Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights such as the name, trademarks, interface design, code logic, functional architecture, and text content of this application are the exclusive property of the LuckDrama operations team and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

3.2 Users are prohibited from infringing rights

No user, team, or third party is permitted to copy, transport, reproduce, alter, decompose, or commercialize any content and functional modules of this Application without authorization, and is prohibited from using them for commercial secondary development and profitable use.

3.3 Responsibility Mechanism for Violation

Upon discovery of third-party infringement, theft, forgery, etc., the operating party has the right to pursue all legal liability in accordance with law, and reserves all rights to apply for the platform‘s removal and to pursue liability claims.

4. Service Rights and User Authorization

4.1 Required Authorization Applications

To achieve the core functions of video import, read, play, and manage, this application requests only device storage read and write permissions, without any additional privacy permissions requests.

4.2 Usage scope of permissions

The obtained device permissions are used only for local video file identification, import, display, rename, and delete operations, and are effective only locally on the user‘s device. They do not upload, steal, or export any user‘s private data.

4.3 User autonomous permissions

Users can automatically turn off and revoke application authorization at any time in the device‘s system settings. After permissions are turned off, the restriction of related functionality is a normal mechanism. Operators are not responsible for functionality failure.

5. Service Changes, Pause, and Termination

5.1 Service Update Adjustment

The operations team reserves the right to optimize, upgrade, and iterate product features at any time. They can adjust service content to product development and compliance requirements without having to separately inform users in advance.

5.2 Temporary Service Pause

Operators are not liable for user losses due to temporary functional anomalies or service interruptions caused by equipment compatibility issues, system upgrades, troubleshooting, compliance adjustments, etc.

5.3 Deactivation of Non-Compliant Account

If a user violates this provision, there is malicious abuse, infringement of rights, etc., the operator has the right to directly restrict or terminate the right to use its products, and permanently prohibit non-compliant users from continuing to use the relevant services.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Content Disclaimer

This application is purely a tool-class player, does not produce, store, or provide any video resources. All content that the user plays is the user‘s local private file, and the user is solely responsible for all content.

6.2 Device Compatibility Disclaimer

This application assumes no responsibility for playback anomalies caused by external factors such as outdated user device system versions, device failures, interference from third-party tools, or corruption of the files themselves.

6.3 Indirect Loss Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator assumes no liability for any compensation for indirect losses, data loss, device failure, or loss of profit resulting from the user‘s use of this Application.

7. Regulatory Updates and Effective Rules

7.1 Rights to Regulatory Update

Operations teams can periodically revise and update this User Agreement to ensure service compliance and order based on product iteration, global compliance standards updates, and industry rules.

7.2 Effectiveness Mechanism for Disclosure

The updated terms and conditions will be publicly displayed through the in-app page or official release channel. They will take effect immediately after publication, and users who continue to use the product will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions by default.

7.3 User Review Obligations

Users are obligated to regularly review the latest User Terms, and if usage disputes arise due to not being informed in time about terms updates, the operator will not take responsibility.

All disputes arising from this service are prioritized by the parties to be resolved through friendly negotiation; disputes that fail in negotiation are handled according to the Global Universal Internet Business Arbitration Rules.
